Very short handed last night. Shift mngr. On duty was yelling at employees and trying to blame everything on them. Food is always great though.
Need better quality control. We had dinner the evening of 02/21/17 & our family salad was use by 02/20/17. Hope no one gets sick!?
I can not tell you how disappointed I am. We drive over an hour one way to eat here often. We ordered, waited 45 minutes, watched others get their food and still no sign of our food. When I went to ask and see how much longer the lady was very rude and said they forgot to make it. My 3 kids had lost all patience and we couldn't wait another 15 minutes as the lady stated we would have to wait "if we wanted our food". So we asked for a refund. One was gladly given. All Fazoli's are overpriced and this particular place gives you one breadstick then they tell you they will bring you more but don't. Go to a better Italian restaurant in the area like the Olive Garden.
