The sevice was excellent and came with a smile! The food was wonderfully delicious! I’ll be back! I came in with my artistic friend we go to eat lunch often and she’s kind of awkward and experiences can feel awkward and the cashier at this restaurant made her feel completely comfortable and it was very nice and relaxed
I absolutely love Fazoli's!! As in, I believe that they make better food than Olive Garden--especially their breadsticks! This particular location is the only one within an hour of where I now live. And it is not the best location to which I've been. It's not bad. The food is still great, however, the service once you have gotten your food leaves a little to be desired. I had to go back up to the counter to get bread sticks. I went two days in a row and had the same experience. Again, food isn't bad -- service not the best. ... read more
Was given terrible service at the San Marcos TX location. Waited 30 mins for food. When I brought it to the attention of the manager we waited 30 mins just to be given cold food. She rolled her eyes and said it was ready now. Won't be back.
This place is a fav or ours, the one in Bedford, Tx closed, so we drove 45 mins out of the way, but worth it... they are clean, friendly and fast, enjoyed this very much, just like the one we miss!
Ultimate Sampler is the best thing to get there. Service was great Price has gone up a little since the last time I was there. But dosent everything.
