Waited in the drive thru for over 20 mins. when I finally got to the window I was told by the employee that I could order if I wanted to but I was going to be there a while. So disappointed!
We had very rude people sitting by us! Couldn’t enjoy our meal

dirty bathrooms. spider webs extending from the window to the nearby table in dining room. no one came to take our order for 5 mins. the cooks saw us but never acknowledged us or called anyone up. they just saying its not their job they arent a manager they dont get paid enough as it is and discussed their paychecks. breadsticks were dry like they had sat a while. dining room was filthy.

We went to Fazoli’s in Murray, Ky. Last night and they had sign on the door to wear a mask to enter. There were sings on the tables about how they were taking precautions during COVID 19 and all employees will wear mask. There was one lady behind the counter not wearing a mask and she brought us our food. I asked her politely if she forgot her mask and she said very hateful “well your not wearing one.” I told her I couldn’t eat with it on. I placed an online order for a family meal. I chose to add the free family side salad (Thursday deal). When I got home, I opened the salad and quickly realized I wasn’t going to be eating it—the lettuce was mostly browning and limp, like it had been assembled days ago. I threw the salad in the trash and moved on to the pasta. Once I started eating, I found what seemed to be some kind of stem in my spaghetti. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this location.
