We were in yesterday evening and ordered. Went to find a seat most all tables were dirty and had dirty dishes on them. In the corner where they place dirty dishes was stacked up. The floor was filthy food all over it. So we waited a half hour no food. So go up to see there was 3 or 4 people waiting to order with no one in sight. Finally someone appeared just got me money back and went elsewhere.
RecommendedToday we visited this Fazoli. Not really our area but it was the very best experience we have had in a long time. Aiden was very friendly and helpful. He was very attentive to our needs. He went above and beyond what was necessary. He did a great job. Thank you so much, Aiden. You were great

enjoyed eating there until I heard about them condoning racial slurs from one employee to another. my children are half Hispanic so what do they think of them? smh 😠😡
Recommendedgreat service! general manager Larry and all the staff gave us a very pleasant experience! We ordered their wings ( which are very good ) Their wing fryer had a malfunction and in return they did whatever possible to make things right. we will definitely go back! Thank you for such a great experience

I just left there after trying to place a To-Go order at the counter. I was initially overcharged for an extra salad, and when the cashier went to issue a refund the system went down. I was perfectly fine with waiting on my refund, however he mistakenly put it in as dine-in, and the food was brought out as such. The food was sent back to be packaged up and never came back out. System was back up for 10 minutes and I still had no refund or food. Waited 30 minutes for nothing.
The worst place in Lincoln they hire the dumbest people to work there ordered a double slice and they gave me an empty box! I’ve worked fast food!The job isn’t hard someone orders the food you place it in a box 😂😂😂
RecommendedMy Customer service experience was very GOOD THERE I ENJOYED MY PASTA DISH and because of the cashiers suggestion I TRIED A DIFFERENT SAUCE AND IT WAS EXCELLENT I WOULD DEFINITELY GO BACK
