I love fazolis but the last two times it has not been very good. Today I ordered two spaghettis with meat sauce and there was maybe a tablespoon of sauce on both. So sad when I spend $30 and drove 20 minutes for dry spaghetti.

RecommendedLast night 4-25-20. I got carry out. I decided to go inside and order instead of ordering through the drive thru line. I wasn’t quite sure what 1 of the 3 meals was going to be . There happened to be some other customers ahead of me ordering. I was impressed by the workers communicating with each other being concerned about the amount of people waiting in the lobby area. The manager assured my family that this was the correct order after giving our order to another customer. Get home to nothing being correct! I have been trying to call the see about a refund and no one will pick up the phone, I have left several voicemails even.
RecommendedI called Fazoii’s when reaching out to other places to assist me in feeding Parker Nursing Facility during this quarantine time. Spoke with Melissa and she was so helpful compared to other restaurants. Offered at no cost salads and breadsticks and there was enough food it fed other shifts as well. Thank you Fazolis and Manager Melissa. I have a private post on my fb wall showing the happy employees you help feed during this time. Again THANK YOU FAZOLIS AND OUR HEALTHCARE EMPLOYEES

March 17th I did an online order due to COVID19 so I could order and pay without interacting with anyone. I went through the drive-thru to get my order... as I was trying to follow precautions that were put in place. The girl working told me I couldn’t get my online order through the drive-thru and I had to go inside. I had nothing to do or sign she just wanted me to go inside. The order was not ready so I had to wait around... inside.
