it is just NOT GOOD anymore. tasteless and poor cooked food that a beginner can cook at home. pricey, not worth even going over there..
Went there yesterday. Ordered fettuccine Alfredo with a Caesar salad and spaghetti with a salad with ranch dressing. Food was sitting on the counter missing the salads. They brought the food and my salad with no dressing. We told them what we were missing. She said she would get it. It never came. I went up and asked about the dressing and my daughters salad. They finally brought it. Her salad wasn't a Caesar salad. It was lettuce and mozzarella cheese. The Caesar dressing they gave her was sour. My food was partially cold. ... read more
The food was good. But they really struggle with basic restaurant management. Went on a Sunday Morning and they struggled getting credit card readers to work. Men's restroom stall out of order. No soap in dispenser, no palaver towels. Dead flys in Windows, etc. Lighting is gloomy, ceiling tile looks horrible, etc. You are in Katy Texas, all other food chains in the area are thriving - why do you think that is?
My favorite lil Italian spot to eat when I'm on the go with my family... This place is 30 minutes away from where I live and I still find my way there as often as possible. Their food is awesome!
