Was at drive thru speaker for about 2 minutes before anyone asked if they could help. 2 people outside and 2 more standing by back door with door open... Got to window and sat for 4 minutes longer before anyone came to window... She never said a word.. Just stuck her hand out... You could tell she didn't want to be there.... Then was asked to pull forward... Got my order in just a few minutes. Took it home, sat it on my couch for just a second while I got my drink ready... On Thursday I went through the drive thru on a quick lunch break. I realized as I went to order I had left my wallet on my desk. I had $5 cash so I ordered pizza bread sticks and a large unsweet tea. It came up to over $6 I asked how much the tea was because the bread sticks were something like $2.80. I was told $2.99 for the tea. I asked if they price matched $1 any large drink at McDonalds. Need to train employees on politeness when taking orders in store. one customer in front of me wasn't wearing a facemask and their order was taken. I get up there and was rudely told I need to wear a facemask while ordering. I didn't have mine with me because I forgot it. I said very politely that's considered discrimination taking one customer's order who isn't wearing 1 but trying to tell another customer they have to wear one to place an order isn't good customer service.
