Never open on time- up to 30 minutes late- or they don't open at all. Furnace broke, machines broke, employees didn't show- you name it!!! Door Dash people sitting outside and can't get their orders. Ridiculous
RecommendedMy Server was Scott. He’s a great manager. He gives me great food and I like to eat great food. It’s true Fazoli’s is a great place to go and eat. Fazoli’s is like Gods gift to mankind.

Terrible customer service! Fazoli’s tagged the wrong bag for Door Dash and refused to help us with it.
While our food was good, I will never return to this location. The way the supervisor treated one of the employees was completely appalling. Nobody deserves to be treated that way at their work—especially in front of customers. It’s not that hard to be kind to people!!
Recommendedwe did not receive any breadsticks when our food came out because there weren't any ready, fine. once the next tray came up they gave them to other customers. when I went up to get some they were gone again. still waiting, it has been over 20 minutes and my food is getting cold. finally got 2 breadsticks after a 45 minute wait. we have now been here an hour and have not gotten any more. RecommendedWe eat here quite frequently. Always get really good service and food. But today when we came in we was greeted by Mike. I was amazed by the amazing customer service that we received. He went above and beyond to make our visit amazing. What a amazing place to eat. If you want some good food with amazing service I would highly recommend.
this is the worst experience ever. the person handling the register was rude and was upset he didn't take his "happy pills". paid over 20 dollars for 2 people and to be honest it wasn't worth it at all. will not come back.
