Well I liked the food but while waiting in the drive thru today I was accidentally sprayed by a hose from the a/c repairman. I had my phone in my hand or I wouldn't have been as upset. I mentioned it to the Fazoli's employee that was giving me my order. She didn't say a word except to complain to her manager that she couldn't wait until her shift was over.
My Ultimate Spaghetti was good but my husband's Fettuccini Alfredo was cold and the noodles were undercooked.
The one on Greenriver Rd is a lot better! This one didn't come around offering extra Bread Sticks, which we love! The 2 we got with our meal was barely warm and hard. I will stick with the other one.
This one could be better about bringing out the breadsticks. Seen they offered some to the front half and not the back half of restraunt
Carbon monoxide poisoning for lack of repairs that got my wife sick. Eat at your own risk
