dirty bathrooms. spider webs extending from the window to the nearby table in dining room. no one came to take our order for 5 mins. the cooks saw us but never acknowledged us or called anyone up. they just saying its not their job they arent a manager they dont get paid enough as it is and discussed their paychecks. breadsticks were dry like they had sat a while. dining room was filthy.
The manager assured my family that this was the correct order after giving our order to another customer. Get home to nothing being correct! I have been trying to call the see about a refund and no one will pick up the phone, I have left several voicemails even.
Ordered online from this store and when I called in to see if it was ready I could barely hear anything from the horrid phone service. When I finally did get someone on the phone I was told I ordered to the wrong store,which I did not, and I needed to call that store. Show up at the store to finally get my food that they didn’t have and don’t get all my food. My portions were no where near correct and my cookies were burnt and was given no silverware. Do not go to this location!!!
I’ve given them 3 tries fail each time, will not be back!
the food is alright. And if anyone likes Italian I would recommend this place
Waited over 45 min for our food and was told they only had one cook serving all the meals. Will not be back
we have walked out if here the last 2 visits, gave them their last chance today. we were the first customers and went to 3 tables to get a clean one. the counter had trash & crumbs on it. had to wait to have our order taken. then shorted meatballs on our lunch. the "manager" was not helpful or interested in customer service. DON'T EAT HERE.
My family ordered carry out from this location tonight. I had fettuccini Alfredo and was pleased that it was actually hot for once. However, when I went to eat my breadstick, I pulled it out of the back and saw a black spot on it. At first I thought it was just a mark from the pan it had been cooked in, but when I looked closer I could see that it was fuzzy mold!
