this is the worst experience ever. the person handling the register was rude and was upset he didn't take his "happy pills". paid over 20 dollars for 2 people and to be honest it wasn't worth it at all. will not come back.
Food was cold. Bread not fresh. One person taking orders, delivered food and cleaning tables. Used to be better than this.
have called with no answer went threw drive threw and order a pizza and it was raw the dough wasn't cooked at all havnt had a problem the last few times but this is just gross
On Thursday I went through the drive thru on a quick lunch break. I realized as I went to order I had left my wallet on my desk. I had $5 cash so I ordered pizza bread sticks and a large unsweet tea. It came up to over $6 I asked how much the tea was because the bread sticks were something like $2.80. I was told $2.99 for the tea. I asked if they price matched $1 any large drink at McDonalds. this place is HORRIBLE!!! we were in here, and had on masks as we should have. my mother is deaf and I had to pull down my mask to explain what the cashier said. we got the nastiest looks and treatment from the staff!!!!!! we even explained to them that she is deaf and that she didn't understand what was going on!!!

The manager needs to treat her customers nice.When I asked for sugar packs she said why did I need them,when she brought my food I asked for pepper she commented Fazoli’s had everything not like Walmart’s empty shelves.I work for Walmart and I told her that if she has a problem with Walmart she needs to call them when I asked her for the manager she said that she was the manager l felt so uncomfortable that I didn’t finish my lunch and I left.I She said that she was having a bad day like that’s my fault
