Super friendly staff that were prompt with my order and even offered an extra breadsticks when they saw that I had accidentally dropped mine. The dining room was a little run downed but clean and I saw multiple staff members promptly cleaning up after customers left and keeping the soda area picked up.

Great food at a great price! And their desert is the best! And so are the people!
I get the same thing every time I come in here. A caesar salad no cheese and penne noodles with meat sauce. EVERY cashier that I give this order to gives me an awful/questioning look and repeats my no cheese request dumbfounded. They go in the back to either make or ask for one and I can hear their snide little comments. Like, it's not that big a deal. Throw some lettuce in a bowl, hand me a caesar dressing packet and some croutons
