Never open on time- up to 30 minutes late- or they don't open at all. Furnace broke, machines broke, employees didn't show- you name it!!! Door Dash people sitting outside and can't get their orders. Ridiculous
While our food was good, I will never return to this location. The way the supervisor treated one of the employees was completely appalling. Nobody deserves to be treated that way at their work—especially in front of customers. It’s not that hard to be kind to people!!
This location (Store: 5910) has ruined all Fazoli’s for me in the future and this was a franchise I literally grew up eating!! The last three times nothing has been correct and the last time on 8/28/21 was the worst experience by far. I ordered the super family meal and was given two small cups of sauce for two pounds of pasta. After asking for the normal amount, I was told they were out of that size and I would have to pay more to get my normal sauce amount to pay for the cu… See more
RecommendedVery thankful for the fazolis staff this evening! We had a large group of 20 people show up when they were almost closed but they were able to accommodate our group anyway. Positive attitudes, hot food and correct orders even amongst the last minute chaos we sprung on them. We were very happy with this location and recommend it to anyone in the area. Thanks Fazolis!

The manager today was awesome!!! For some reason our order did not go through online and she had her team work on our order quickly. Awesome team! Thank you for making our Fathers Day lunch a great one!
This place sucks. Last two times I've went there I sat there an hour or more. They actually forgot about both times. Got my money back. Glad they don't think my time is important. Second time they thought it was funny. Management needs fired.
I think this soup describes my visit perfectly! Very friendly and helpful staff, it was my gf’s first time at a Fazoli’s believe it or not and she’s had a wonderful experience! I’ve been in the service industry for years and this is some of the best service I’ve ever experienced in my life!
