Ever since they open their doors here in 1995 the service has gone downhill. They use to have somebody walk around giving out breadsticks. Sometimes they lay them down on the bare table or your newspaper. Now you have to go to the counter for breadsticks. Inconsistent product. The only thing the went up over the years was their price not quality or menu choice.
