Miserable experience with large order that took nearly 40 minutes longer than promised and then was incomplete requiring a return to trip to get items we ordered over an hour before. I'm feeding a large news crew during a week long event during which we will expend thousands of dollars... not a single one of which will be spent at Fazolis in the future.
