Sells you a car that breaks down every few months . They do not care how you get back and forth to work after they have your car for so long . Staff is beyond rude can’t even call you and give you a update on your car . I would never recommend this place to anyone ever . Should of listened to everyone and went some where else .

We have explained to you from day one that the part that failed on your 2009 Journey with a 140,000 miles was the original part and unfortunately the part is on a national back order. The part is not available until the middle of September and we explained we would do our best to track down a used part for you. Fazios is a great place to do business! Always professional, friendly, honest. I feel comfortable with them working on my car, the repairs are done in a timely manner and are affordable. I have purchased 2 vehicles from Fazios and have no plans on changing. They work with you and try to put you in a vehicle you feel comfortable with. No pressure sales and a relaxed environment. I bought my 2012 Acadia from them a year ago. They were super friendly and helpful. Fast forward to now, I'm having a few issues with my car and I called them right up and they literally have gone above and beyond what a dealership should do to make sure my problems are resolved with my vehicle. They didn't charge me for the last issue I had with my car and I was so blown away by their kindness. i bought a truck from them... it has been hell... they knew it had issues and they waited until the 30days was up so they could say my warranty was up. ive talked to some people and heard they do this alot.. i will never buy anything from them. my truck has been in the shop more than ive owned it and not to mention they said it will pass inspection because of its weight no matter if the check engine light is on... yup won't pass with it on.. they are a joke
Karl made buying a car very easy and efficient. He was very knowledgable and helpful with financing options. He was thorough with fixing any issues or potential issues prior to me picking up the vehicle. I also received a very nice extended warranty to ease an concerns about purchasing a used vehicle. My car was detailed and very clean prior to pick up. They get you into the vehicle you want, and they make sure you are truly HAPPY with your purchase.
