Very professional. Puts patients at ease.
Excellent experience. Dr. Fazili is professional, extremely supportive and lovely to deal with. Her staff is terrific as well.
Everyone I encountered from the person who greeted me out front to the exam room treated me with genuine respect and care. No one "acted" like they had to be kind, I am convinced they just are. I was very nervous, but each person helped to normalize the experience for me.
Everyone I had contact with--from checking in at the front desk to the nurses to the doctor--were kind and put me at ease right away. Helped settle my anxiety immediately.
She is very attentive and would highly recommend her. If you are nervous about a colonoscopy, she will put you at ease. Made the whole experience so much easier and less daunting.
All of the staff were respectful, engaging and supportive. I mean ALL OF THEM... The nurse was singing, the Dr was so supportive and they all engaged with me and each other it was a good experience. Thank them all for me

Dr Fazili is so kind and patient, excellent bedside manner. Very matter of fact when it comes to procedure time but puts you at ease at the same time.
