Worst experience at a doctor's office in my entire life. She was arrogant, condescending, and dismissive of my condition. After making me wait almost an hour and a half, she spent less than 15 minutes speaking with me only to summarily "diagnose" me without knowing the depths of my symptoms. If I could give 0 stars I would. My husband has had 2 back surgeries in the last 4 years and we have been to countless doctors appointments and I have never in my life left a doctor's appointment so upset. Susan M. Suzan is very rude, condescending, self-righteous, uncaring... she is less than understanding of one's chronic pain. She calls herself a pain manager but only cares about the government's rules. She looks and treats you like a junkie when all you want is some kind of quality of life.
