I am a new patient. I called to schedule an appt and the girl on the phone was not very nice. She acted like a was a bother to her. I might be calling back to cancel my appt because I already do not have a good feeling about that office.

Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit? Completely! Did you feel safe in this provider's care? Yes Did this provider seem up-to-date with the current advancements in their field? Yes, they were informing me of new advancements that were extremely recent

Were the waiting room chairs comfortable at this provider's office? Extremely comfortable; I could have fallen asleep Did this provider have reasonable prices? Absolutely! Was this provider argumentative or easily angered? Not at all, they were one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I've ever met Is this business in a safe neighborhood? Yes, it was in a safe enough neighborhood Are you going to visit this provider again? Without a doubt!

Did this provider show attention to detail? Yes, I've never had to worry about them missing any important information Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns? Not at all! They were happy to address every concern I had Was this provider sympathetic to your situation? Yes, they were sympathetic and caring Was this provider's office easy to locate? Absolutely! It couldn't have been easier! Did this provider rush your appointment? No, I was able to ask as many questions as I wanted

I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. The staff I dealt with were respectful and kind. They welcomed me and tried to get me through the paperwork quickly and efficiently. They try to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for.
