We had brunch at Faz Cafe on September 2, 2026, and it was a wonderful experience from start to finish. Dagna welcomed us with so much genuine joy and warmth. She took the time to walk us through some of the dishes, which made ordering feel personal and thoughtful. We went with the pistachio iced latte, steak tacos, shakshuka, and banana-chocolate chip pancakes. Everything was fresh and full of flavor. I hate to do this but this place is simply chaotic in terms of service . I arrived for the first time, I told the hostess that it was my first time here , she said take a menu and sit anywhere . I sat down, thinking that someone would come and get my order, however that never happened. I saw people getting up, asking where their orders were only to then find out I had to order from the hostess who never pointed that out. We had previously dined here and enjoyed it but this time it wasn't that good. All our pieces of toast were burned. You would think they would rectify that before they served them. Then I also got an order of bacon that was more like 3 shredded pieces of bacon. The omelet and rhe homefries were the only redeeming factor as they were good. Don't think we will be back.

Everyone was really nice as soon as i walked i. I got Avocado toast & was able to customize it to my exact liking. Then the strswberry Macha was perfect. I try a lot of places for matcha & this one is best so far.
