I can’t speak for the doctor, but the receptionist at the Bristol Rd location was absolutely dreadful on the phone. I asked if the doctor had any availability and the receptionist rudely responded, “She hasn’t been seeing new patients for two years, sorryyyyyyy!!” I have also worked as a medical receptionist and would never speak to a patient the way I was spoken to. I was already flustered and upset trying to see someone for my breathing problems and having the receptionist speak to me that way just upset me more.
Best dr I have ever had. She really is so nice, takes the time to listen to you and figures out your problems and always fixed me up. Thank you!! She also has physician assistants and they have always been very knowledgeable also.
Ive been seeing Dr. Fayyad for almost a year now and she is phenomenal. She pays attention with all of my health concern and helps me to be healthy step by step. My husband sees Dr. Hoekstra as his family Dr. in the same office. We are both hesitant seeing doctors but they made it so easy and comfortable for us every visit.
