I have been a patient at this clinic for many years. Recently, I decided to make some major life changes that landed me in another country. While not in the U.S., I experienced emotional instability. While out of country, Mrs. Morris had Kaneka to schedule me a couple of appointments to be carried out over the telephone. I have been a patient at Fayetteville Psychiatric Associates for 7 years and have received the best care. The green clinic is awesome.Kanika is very professional, friendly, and is there to help in my time of need. I love her. Mrs. Dohnahoo is the best therapist. She is a blessing to me. I look forward to my visits because when i walk through the door of the green clinic i am going to see Kanika smiling face there to greet me. Psychiatrist is only interested in prescribing medications. They get upset if you "take up too much of their time" and will even tell you, I dont have time to hear your life story. Same doctor tried to prescribe antipsychotic abilify to my sister for adhd, my 6 yr old son for adhd and my 8 yr old daughter for anxiety. He didn't know we were related. It's all about money.
Horrible business. We were recommended to use them from our general doctor.. They would never return phone calls (10 of them) / emails / intake forms submitted / 2 faxes. We ended up having to go into the location to which the employees could not be bothered to assist us. In addition to indicating that they have not heard / received anything from us. Do not do business with these people. Their staff are unprofessional and incompetent.
I was a patient there before and they never called me to remind me of my appointments, now that I need another appointment I cannot get through or get a call back! Don't go here! Not to mention my doctor always was sick and rude to me!
barbarb37 is right on point. This place is unorganized & unprofessional. Everytime I go they charge me a different copay, I had to argue with the receptionist because they overcharged me & they tried to bully me into being wrong, & then once they realized it was their fault they tried to put the blame back on me. Once I was 10 minutes late for an appointment they canceled my appointment & charged me a no show fee. They bill you for a doctor's visit when you only see a PA. this place gets no star's....the staff sucks!!! very rude..they think they themselves are Dr.'s...you cant get thru,or get a return phone call from "carry" they make up rules as they go along,(the staff) behind the front desk,they will always tell you "you owe money) when clearly you dont,always ask for a print out of your balance,they will not show this on your receit...so you have to ask for it.... they will set up appt's tell you one time to be there,but when you get there it will change..making you have to wait. good luc... read more
THE GIRL WHO WORK THERE ARE NOT NICE,THEY DONE ANSWER THE PHONE,IN FACT THEY WILL TAKE IT OFF THE HOOK,THEY WILL NOT ANSWER QUESTIONS,,BUT THE DR;S ARE SO SWEET THEY WILL KEEP YOU COMEN BACK!!
Not sure why the agency comes up under this name when I search it? Dr. Matlack has been so helpful in managing my child's mental health issues. I have also had the priviledge of having my children see a few therapists at this practice. We had taken a break from therapy for a while, and decided to come back. We were scheduled with Ms. Angela.
