I have been going to this office since 2007, since then I have had two doctors leave and a nurse leave all which I were close to, that should tell you something. They have obscure drama and incompetency issues including not ordering medications on time to have in the office. The front desk is the main issue. They are rude, impatient, and do not take their jobs seriously. They have no regard for patient privacy and will yell out certain matters while the lobby listens. Horrible practices going on in this office! They refused to provide me with my medical records! I have it on recording the manager of the office stating that they do not have to comply with the 30 day HIPPA law! Absolutely atrocious and horrifying that they do this to their patients. I have contacted patient advocacy over Cape Fear Valley Health Systems, NCDHHS, my local congressman, and I have filed a grievance with their HR department!
