Hi my name is *******and I purchased a vehicle for Fayetteville Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram on 11/09/2024 and on my way home the transmission line bust and in the middle of the highway and it was stated to me that the vehicle was checked do to state laws but was never done as we can see. By far the worse dealership I have dealt with. I brought my car in January for a repair. Here we are almost into may and my car is still not fixed. This will be the 4th time I have to bring it back because the issue has not been fixed. They do not stay in contact with anyone to update what is going on. I have tried getting ahold of the general manager and no one wants to answer the phone. This is super unprofessional of how this dealership does things with customers. Purchased a 2021 RAM Promaster work van, paid in full the day of. Have tried to get the salesman and a sales manager to send me copies of the documents I signed when I purchased it, and to get me some more info on a couple of other things. I have called, left msgs, texted, when I am able to actually speak to someone (rarely), they promise they'll get back to me or they'll do whatever they need to do but they don't. My entire experience from purchasing a vehicle with the Fayetteville location, I don't recommend anyone going especially a woman going to get a car by themselves because you will get taken advantage of you will be discriminated you will not be treated as fairly as you need to. And I don't even recommend any African Americans are actually going either. Because I'll set and watch how the salesman treated other Caucasian customers that were there trying to purchase a vehicle the way they treat it me and I do not agree with that... read more

Bought a car from this place and agreed to a max payment and signed some piece of paper to keep my payment there and when we got into finance it was over the payment. But they did agree to deliver, detail, full tank of gas, new tire “because one had a chunk out of the side wall” and touch up paint so I was sorta ok with the little extra. They delivered the car, only half a tank of gas, detail was junk, no touch up paint and not sure about the tire yet. Do NOT go here for repairs. Took car in on a Monday. Parts weren't there by Tuesday, we wanted to pick up the car and bring it back after parts arrived. They knew we were coming. Got there and got the keys only to discover the entire section of the car's brake lights were not even on the car. Left it there. Part was going to be there Wednesday. I'd give them a 0 if I could. My mom past away, which is why I had the money to purchase this vehicle. I was hoping for a good thing to come out of a sad situation. They made my life miserable. Nothing we agreed upon was done at time of delivery. I was inconvenienced on every stipulation of the agreement. They have my mother's money and I am still without a car. They lied and I'm paying for it.
