I was interested but the reviews make you go somewhere else, I read about the employee additude I'm surprised the owners not doing anything about it. There should be a meeting on how to treat the tenet before someone take them to court. The owners need to visit there apartment and see how the staff is treating everyone.
If you like percussion instruments, this is your place. Constant (and I mean 2am-constant) extremely loud, heavy metal clashing in the alleys by garbage collectors, etc. Not to mention the wildlife that screams into the alley. If you like sleep, if you like to be able to study in peace, DO NOT LIVE HERE. If I could attach footage of the noise, I would. DO NOT LIVE HERE. Staff are extremely rude, this placed is wayyyyy too overpriced, the furniture is outdated, the gym is often closed, the snacks in the vending machine are all expired, the complimentary coffee is non-existent, the place has bugs, the garage door fails a lot and you may end up trapped in the garage when you have class or important meetings, and they take forever to inform you that you have a package.
