AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Ever since Zahlco began managing this property, everything has been awful. They removed security, packages now get stolen routinely, the building has a cockroach infestation, the outdoor space always smells like dog poop, and the rent they charge is criminally over priced. There is no reason ANYONE should consider living here. Zahlco is horrible (avoid all their properties).
I stayed here for 2 months, and let me say I’m happy it was only that long. The photos truly speak for themselves of how disgusting, nasty, and unsanitary this apartment is. Bugs everywhere. Ants, roaches, water bugs, everything. I couldn’t event sleep without being in fear a bug was crawling on me. As a person with asthma, living with roaches is extremely detrimental to my health and it was very stressful living here. The rent I paid was ridiculous compared to what I was dealing with. I lived in the townhouse from Sept 2024 - Oct 2024, and the tower 4 bed apt Nov 2024 to May 2025.
