afterhours ya right They boast afterhours calls my furnace quit one cold winter night and I have small children. I was informed that there would be an emergency fee which was fine but by the time they finally called back to come out it was 10am and I already had someone there and it was fixed. After hours my you know what.

good business pretty good customer service. They also have after hours customer service if your furnace goes out and its -20 below. Good prices on the yearly inspections. I remember when the furnace kept going out and I called them at like one in the morning and they sent someone out to fix it. They didn't even charge me as it was an emergency because I my son was just an infant at the time. PROS: after hours customer service CONS: might get a cheaper estimate somewhere else.

Dependable, well established furnace repair This furnace company is well established within the community, and offer excellent service. They keep good records on their customers and call every year to schedule a yearly maintenance checkup on your furnace so you dont have to remember. Their repair prices are fair, and they can usually get someone to your house in a timely fashion when you have a problem.

poor service i called fayette furnace for a no heat call and the first thing they asked was if i was a customer i said no because i just moved to the are they were very nasty and rude. after the apointment was made they told mesomeone woud be there in an hour after they called and never showed up for three hours later and took them three trys to fix the furnace but was never fixed i had to pay every time . I called another company they fixed it the first time.

Not very friendly when you call BUT... The woman who answers the phone can be a real You know what. But once I got past that and talked to the owner he more then made up for it.. He gave me a great deal on a furnace and central air and the workers were very good and professional, No complaints on that side. But I seriously hate to call that company when I need to schedule yearly inspection and cleaning service.. If you can get past the attitude from the suckutary I recommended their work....
