The best pediatricians office I have ever taken my kids to! Such friendly staff and the NP and doctor were super sweet and quite informative. They sat and took the time to talk to me and my kids and listen to what we had to say and if we had questions. They were able to get us in for an appointment very last minute on a couple of occasions.
We really loved this place our first visit, they were welcoming and kind, and took their time to talk with us. Everything after that was just increasingly frustrating, and we left after 5 months. The receptionist was consistently rude and condescending. Communication and organization was extremely poor: our first NP turned out to be unaware of basic office policies; requests for callbacks were never returned; we were told 3 times that they would write something out for us, but never did and then we had to wait an extra half ... read more
