Unprofessional and uncouth with an air of supremacy -that’s Fawcett for the uninformed! Beware of buying anything online from this store especially their floor and garage sale models of mattresses , wool pillows etc - you will regret the way I am regretting after spending my hard -earned money on their products. Post purchase Customer Service is really, ridiculously good. Can’t remember the name of the guy who took my many calls, but he had a truly saintly level of patience.
This business should address how they interact with customers and potential customers, ensuring professionalism and courtesy in all interactions.

What a wonderful experience it was purchasing a new mattress from Fawcett. I had had a bad accident & was suffering from back pain. Duane had us try the different firmnesses in the showroom. I decided that Firm was most comfortable for me. My hubby wanted Soft. Duane said they could combine the two into one mattress. Then we walked the showroom looking at the headboards. There was a stool beside one bed & on it sat a remote control. I asked what it was for & he said it did adjustable positions but we'd need separate mattress... read more
