The lady in the front desk has a nasty attitude and very rude. My mom had an appointment scheduled for Saturday that was made by her job, and I advised her that she was t disabled and she had to have someone bring her. And just because she didn’t have a confirmation number, she refused to help her and didn’t even try. So unfortunately, she will have to come back again and have someone bring her. They open at 830 am , I sat outside there door from 830 till 840 when someone finally decided to show up for work and open the doors ! Then after the fact she decided she was going to have a phone call rather than help the 3 people waiting on her ! After I was done she tossed my paper at me and gave me a dirty look . So rude and unprofessional!!
