They will tell you that you wont be charged for carpet since you lived there for 2years. Turn in the keys, 30days later, they charge you for carpet. Also a really small tear that was a $15 repair, they charge $75,because of a "$60service call". Connie cleans the townhouses before anyone move in any of her townhouses since ive been there. Sorry to hear you're upset, Monica. Each of the charges were for cleaning & repairs required that were beyond fair wear & tear. You were given a cleaning standard when you signed your lease AND when you notified us you were moving out; the house did not meet the standard, so we had to pay someone to do the work. The carpet is required to be professionally cleaned when you move out; you told us to use your deposit to pay for it. Unfortunately, these costs exceeded the amount of your deposit.

I can't stress how lucky I was to find Gregg and Connie. My husband is military member and we tried managing our property in Oklahoma after moving to a new state.
