This has been the worst experience I have ever had at a doctors office. Dr Favia went on vacation and didn't inform her patients or the crystal lake office. If you go to crystal lake, be prepared to travel to woodstock simply to talk about your family history. Be prepared to drive to De Plaines to get your ultrasounds done. Also, be prepared to have the office be rude to you and to have your doctor lie to you about calling in a non exisitent script. This doctor and her staff do NOT care.

Dr.Favia is amazing! She is very thorough and takes time with you to explain things.Very friendly.I know I am in good hands with her.She is about to do my surgery coming up,and I have no doubt I am gonna be very well taken care of.
Dr. Favia is the most caring doctor. She took the time to listen to all my concerns and offered sound advice. I felt like I was her only patient and she really cared about me and my concerns. A great doctor is one who spends time and doesn't rush to just get a job done. I would say she is the best doctor I have ever had the pleasure of seeing for my health care needs.
