If she doesn’t like the problem presented to her, she will deny you as a patient. Ran into some unfortunate times with a pregnancy and admin paperwork. She lied in my medical notes and denied medical care for my baby and I.
I adore Dr. Favia. She delivered my daughter 13 years ago and haven't gone to anyone except her since. She has never rushed my appointment like so many do and have. She is very thorough, even catching a nodule on my thyroid that my primary care doc did not.
We love doctor Favia. She takes the time to listen and talk with you and I never feel rushed. She is informed about my current health updates before she walks in the room. She is so encouraging about me keeping up with my fitness routine throughout pregnancy and is supportive of my wishes for a natural birth. She eases any concerns I might have and gives me the information I need to make the best decisions throghout this pregnancy. I love doctor Favia and am so happy to have her as my obgyn.
I think she's the best. She has made every experience comfortable and easy. I have 3 littles. My youngest was delivered by Favia and I am grateful she did. I trust her completely and wished I had discovered her sooner so she could have delivered my older two. Listens and truly cares.
I have been seeing Dr. Favia for many years and she delivered both of my sons. My first being and emergency c-section. She knew how important it was for me to attempt a VBAC with my second and reassured me through my entire pregnancy she would support me through whatever decision I made. During my most recent delivery we got very close to haveing to do another c-section but she did everything she could and I ended up having a healthy baby and a successful VBAC! She’s the best!
I can't say enough about how thankful I am to have Dr. Favia as my OB. I've been going to her for several years and just recently she delivered my first child. I had complications at the end, and she made sure I was under careful observation. Due to her attentiveness and concern for my well-being, I was able to deliver a healthy baby girl. I believe her methods and guidance prevented me from having a c-section and allowed me to recover faster afterward.
I was with her for 4 years and after having 2 terrible deliveries with her, I made the switch. She lies to you about diagnoses, she's always on "trips/vacations", with my second pregnancy... Half the time she would walk in the office with her dates/weeks all messed up. I was 20 weeks and she thought I was 12 weeks, really?!? How hard is it to read who you're seeing next and how far along they are?! Even staff at her previous location said she wasn't the best Dr and she always ran away from work.
I have seen Doctor Favia for the last 10 years and she such an amazing doctor. She makes you feel completely comfortable with her and doesn’t ever rush your appointment. I will never see another OB and will continue to follow her wherever she goes! My mom and sister also see Doctor Favia and will travel whatever distance to make sure we get the best care which is from her. However, I will say that the staff who makes the appointments are very rude and need an attitude adjustment.
Dr. Favia is a really caring person. Listens and gives great advice.
