Terrible experience again at this place. Bought 3 cars from them and they will not honor warranty to remove mold caused by an ac leak. I am sort of stuck with this dealer until the warranty expires. Will be contacting Board of Motor Vehicles, Consumer Protection Agency (fed and state) BBB, and my attorneys.
I just love working with Nicole Grimes. What a treasure. She’s kind, patient and explains everything! She’s the reason I go to Faulkner Harrisburg!
I always appreciate the ease of making an appointment for service. The staff is congenial upon entering the service area and the wait time is approximate to what is predicted.
