At first 3 weeks ago I was pleased with my used car. But I am not at all pleased eith the way they have handled the problem I'm having with my used car that I could not afford to begin with. all of these positive comments about the service department is an absolute joke! very unprofessional, incompetent, rude, creepy, and thats for the entire dealership! all these fluffy BS reviews are obviously friends of this terrible dealership!!!! Purchased a new Forester from Bert Smith Subaru Sales Consultant Devin Venczel. Devin was wonderful to deal with, very knowledgeable of all the systems and electronics in the Forester and matched any offer we would be able to get from another Subaru Dealer.
Highly recommend Sales Consultant Izabelle Hacker at the Cavender Subaru dealership in Norman, OK. She was knowledgeable, professional, extremely helpful and patient.
Do not buy from this dealership! They sold my daughter a 2018 Jeep Cherokee that needed motor mounts and both control arm bearings! The vehicle was traded in that way! Over $2,400 in repair! Salesperson swore it was a solid trade-in and had been inspected! Sales manager refused to assist us when brought to their attention!
