Normally we're pretty happy with the service, but sadly not this time. A simple car inspection, along with oil change and tire rotation turned out badly when the technician forgot to put oil back into the car. The car was running for a minute or so before I noticed and flagged down the service manager. It had also been run to place the vehicle in a parking spot...both times without oil. They are so friendly and listen even though they may not agree with your opinion of what is wrong. A few days ago I drop my car off for tires after and it had been there for service the week before. i mentioned that the gas mileage had dropped drastically after the service was done, the guy says something like well during this time of year gas mileage usually drops because of the cold. Really, do I look like I got off the banana boat yesterday.
Always get great care at Faulkner! This is the 4th car our family bought here. We are delighted with their service. We love our Subaru!

A different experience from start to finish. First thing, our representative did her homework. She answered all our questions about the car and then some. Never once had to say "let me check on that"! Met a lot of folks while there and was impressed by all, and equally if not more important, the Subaru we purchased fits our need beautifully. We're impressed!
