30K check and State inspection, promised 90 minutes, out in exactly 94. Whoo-hoo!
I arrived for my scheduled appointment, and they acted like I did not have an appointment, even though I had an email confirmation. I also presented a coupon upon check-in, but they acted like they never saw it when I was paying my bill. Unacceptable.
My salesman, Richard, was very courteous, helpful, and knowledgeable, yet not pushy at all. He seemed genuinely concerned about what I was looking for in a car and what fit me best. All staff I came into contact with were super friendly.
Service shop is responsive and efficient. I like the drive in without an appointment option for small matters.
I bought my Subaru at another dealership in the area but stopped going there because they were careless during service. I'm glad I switched to Faulkner, because they're careful and thorough with my car and always explain everything clearly. During my visit for state inspection last week, the service technician let me know about a recall and made an appointment for me to come back to take care of that, then also let me know I'll need new brakes in the next six months and gave me the cost up front.
