I just purchased a 2025 Forester. My experience was AMAZING! Habib Chaaya was extremely professional, friendly and patient. He made the transaction as seamless as possible. I also was so impressed with his level of commitment. He offered to answer any questions taking as much time as needed and also made himself available in case I might have questions in the future. I loved working with him. Subaru is lucky to have him! I love my new car! Thank you, Habib!

In short, this location is staffed by liars. I brought my 2020 Forester in for its routine oil change. I was told that my battery was failing and needed replacing. And that I would need to buy new tie-downs for the battery, which would be a ballpark of $500. I have had no signs of a weak batter - hard turnover or struggling to start. I felt like they were taking advantage of me since I'm a woman and I would just follow through with what they recommended then and there. After being deceived and basically lied to by other dealers. My wife and I went to Subaru of Little Rock.  It was refreshing to finally find a honest dealer. Jeremy Greenwood (Salesperson) and the Sales Manager ( I forgot his name) were both honest and upstanding.  We have bought 4 vechiles from them and all dealings have been fair and totally honest. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience as we shopped for a used vehicle. We found a SUV we were interested in and wanted to see and drive but could not make it to Omaha for a couple of days. After making a call they set it aside so it would not be purchased prior to our arrival, which we couldn’t have been more appreciative of. The worst experience I ever had buying a car! I got ripped off getting the ceramic coating though Fox Subaru. They charge me 3000 found out later the prices 1599-2499 and the owner gives a discount to the auto dealers! I was strung along when I asked them to cancel the vehicle service contract. They sent me papers with the wrong vin# and my last name spelled wrong! But on the envelope it was spelled right! Other stuff happened too! Had an incredible experience with the very efficient service department. I was most impressed with my service point of contract Carlos Andrade. He was always available and made the repair and pick up very easy. So thanks Carlos for making things easy. and being available. The Uber benefit made things easy

The worst service department experience in my lifetime. Service writer Lizz completely screwed up. A total lack of communication skills. I spent seven hours at the dealer to get a problem fixed. It was not until the eighth hour that it was fixed. I will never return. I don’t care if they offer me lifetime free oil changes I’m never going back !

Absolutely HORRIBLE dealership. They post online listings on autotrader at a price that is only eligible for purchase by prior customers AND military - without disclosing that if you are NOT military AND NOT a prior customer, you will pay $2000 more!!!! That excludes more than 99.999% of potential buyers. And then they try to tack on a fee for the process of certifying a vehicle (in addition to the 2K up-charge that one does expect to pay for getting a certified vehicle).
