My daughter and I came in on Saturday to look at preowned Subaru Foresters. We spoke with Vinny Gorden and let him know the payment range and that I was already preapproved with my Credit Union. He didn't try to take my credit information to see if they could beat my APR nor try to talk us into a more expensive vehicle than what we wanted. I was visiting my parents in Columbia when my Dad said I needed to get my oil changed. He referred McDaniel's for me. I received very poor service there. My car sat in the front, drive-up service bay for 30 minutes. I had to ask a service tech if someone would be taking my car back. Then, it took 2 1/2 hours to complete my oil/oil filter and engine filter change. The prices for the service are inflated. My Husband and I recently purchase a vehicle from Montgomery Subaru and we could not have been more please with the service we got from this Dealership. Everyone from the front door to the back door was friendly and very helpful. Our salesman Geo was a delight to work with as was the rest of the staff .I love our new car and would purchase from this Dealership from now on out.

I had an exceptional car-buying experience with Decausa at Johnson Subaru in Cary. After finding a 2025 Subaru Forester online at 10 pm, I contacted the dealership and received two email responses within 30 minutes.
