Nice place just too expensive.
I received e-mails which were canned templates. Never went to see the car.
I called Faulkner about their listing on your site for an Isuzu Rodeo. I was told it was on the lot and I sent my husband and son over to see it. When they got there they were told it was awaiting a part and wouldn't be available for six weeks!! They should have told me that when I made a telephone AND email inquiry. I felt they wasted our time.

My experience was a good one, everyone was Polite. I had an issue with my horn sounding like a little girls bike, and my front light was crack but they fixed everything with know problem.
Car was already sold when I contacted them about it but they were quick to respond.
Very good got back to me immediately.
I ended-up purchasing the Certified Preowned 2011 Mazda CX-9 GT that I located via cargurus.com from Faulkner Mazda. The deal was reasonably good on both the purchased vehicle and on my trade-in, and everyone that I dealt with at Faulkner Mazda treated me well and acted as a true professional.
