Took my Mazda six in because it was overheating leaking antifreeze from the cylinder head. From the first phone call to me paying my deductible for another service customer service and the people at the service department were amazing especially Penny. She took my phone call from the first jump and she’s been helping me out ever since. Great service.
Long overdue review but Faulkner Mazda may have converted me into a Mazda family. Fred Beans is closer to my home but I had such a great experience with Matt (Sales) and now Gavin (service) that I rather go out of my way. I felt confident in our sale and feel we are in good hands when we get service done.
