Sales department was on point. We showed up 15 minutes before closing. Austin Ruddy was still there. Willing to let us test drive my car and we secured a hold on the car. Our bank asked for the bill of sale and Faulker decided to get involved and that slowed the process tremendously. They kept saying they wanted to make things easier for us. No!
