Excellent service from Penny and Mike as always.
Giving 4 stars instead of 5 because my vehicle wasn’t washed, reception said that they were short staffed. This was my first service and I pay extra monthly for the service package. I feel that the car wash shouldn’t be skipped. Otherwise, service was about an hour, lobby was comfortable and clean, and scheduling was easy.
I bought a CX 5 yesterday. It was an easy process to purchase a new vehicle. Austin was very nice to work with.
