When I found the vehicle I wanted i immediately got a response from the dealership and later that night I received an email from Austin regarding this vehicle. I honestly can't say enough great things about this process from start to finish with getting my dream vehicle. Austin and Mary Ann we absolutely amazing!! MaryAnn treated my husband and I like we were friends!! She was so down to earth and very personable!! If I could give this place a 10/10 I would!!
Had a great experience buying a CX-50 with Matt Hartung.
Easy to schedule service appointments. Friendly and courteous service staff. Appreciate the attention they give to my vehicle. Sparkling clean facility. Highly recommend Faulkner Mazda!
This place sells you a shoddy car and a several thousand dollar warranty that isn't worth the papers it's printed on. Haven't even had the car for more than a year and have had it to the garage at least 6 times, none of which their supposed 'warranty' covers. Then they lie to your face saying they'll everything to help you and reach out shortly about your issues, but you never hear from the again. This place is shady! Do not buy anything from them!
Alyssa was a pleasure to deal with. She answered every question and offered multiple options to choose from that were frankly better than I came in expecting. This was my first Mazda, but I would definitely return after my experience there. Thank you !
