I was already very satisfied with Faulkner Eye Clinic for all they have done for us, but this past Friday evening, I was beyond pleased. My oldest son got metal fragments in his eye at work. He and I weren't sure what to do since it was after hours. He left a voicemail at Faulkner's. We assumed it would be the next morning before he heard back. They are the best. When I moved to Tn I drive the 35 min to have them treat me and my family!
I've been a patient at Faulkner Eye since 2007/2008. I've been treated by both Julie and her husband. When my daughter needed glasses I took her to Faulkner Eye, of course. And when I got married I referred my husband. We have always had exceptional experiences. To top it all off, we had a minor emergency this weekend and Dr. Julie met my husband at the clinic to examine his eye before we left to go on vacation. So, I was told today that I am unable to make an eye appointment for my child because I was a no call no show in 2012. So, if I am unable to make an appointment and you don't take walk-ins if your full how does one get an eye exam? It's three years later so I'm wondering how long does this no show stay with my record. The previous business from my husband, myself, my child, my in-laws and countless other people I have sent you should count for something. Also, a warning would have been nice.
