Do yourself a favor. Do not take your car to the shop for repair. They give you one price, And the amount of time it’s going to take to fix your car. Then they keep it for four days more and charge a $450 more. Then they call you a liar, when they are the ones lying and being dishonest ,they do damage to your car, they give it back to you filthy dirty. I'll start with a summary, is my vehicle repaired? Yes. Did it take multiple visits for it to be repaired to my satisfaction? Also yes. My husband hit a deer with my 2022 Toyota Rav4 Hybrid in late October 2024. After speaking with my insurance company I chose Faulkner Collision and brought my vehicle in for repair.
