My car looks brand new! They were great to work with from the beginning. Customer service was top notch! I would highly recommend bringing your car there for any body work.
I did not have a good experience with Faulkner collision. It took twice as long as they said. The paint was not blended in on the fender. I was told that the paint had to be blended in

I have a 2020 Ford Fusion Titanium. My car was broken into, and the body shop performed the insurance repairs. Got the car back and had a few little issues that were taken care of immediately. Eric, the manager, is super nice and helped me out. The paint ended up having some defects covered under warranty. The paint was sanded down and refinished to get rid of the defects.
