I went in on Monday 6/1 knowing the exact car I wanted. My salesman was Jim, and Jeff helped as well. I made my budget very clear, and after running some numbers these guys made it work! They were very upfront and open with every detail of the buying process. Jim was phenomenal and very personable! Highly recommend coming here for your next purchase. Hopefully it'll be a long time until my next purchase, but I will definitely be coming back here for all of my car needs.
f I could leave 0 stars I would. The sales rep Jeff Yates is a scam artist and tells people what they want to hear just to get the sale. I purchased a 2019 Cadillac xt4 in 2022. Per Jeff the extended warranty I purchased would be good for the life on the loan. I put my car in the shop for repairs to only be told that my warrant was expired and capped at 100k miles.
