I would definitely seek law advice elsewhere. We used Tamar for an adult adoption and were told it would only take 3 to 6 months and that it was a very easy process which would of probably been true if we would of used someone else. The communication was poor almost impossible . They are unorganized and unprepared with case files, she showed up late to court with incorrect files and they went above the original quoted price. I have been represented by this law firm in Kaufman county. My charges were completed and they communicated and fought for me every step of the way. I was never left in the dark while incarcerated. The worst experience with Tamar Faulhabar and her assistant Mike last year in 2023. They dropped the ball CONTINUOUSLY throughout my divorce process. She missed two scheduled appointments, one with me for a follow-up call and one with the financial planners. She had a casual response to missing both.
