Faught has replaced two HVACs for us: the first in our condo in 2014. The old unit was in the attic above the master bedroom and everywhere in the unit it sounded like a 747 taking off. Our Lennox Signature Series heat-pumps were 22 years old and needed to be replaced. So, Brandon F***** suggested we go again with the Lennox Signature Series two-stage units [XP21] for greater efficiency and lower electric costs. We also received bids for comparable Carrier and Trane units from other HVAC companies. Surprisingly, we didn’t have to pay a premium for the Lennox units from Faught.
