Visited DC from Hot Springs Arkansas and had my nose pierced at Fattys. Absolute wonderful experience with very knowledgeable staff. Highly recommend!
Walked in and the receptionist was nice! But the tattoo artist was rude and very sloth like. He took FOREVER to get my tattoo sketched when I had already given him an easy picture to just copy .... and he had no other clients. My tattoo was small yet he charged me wayyyy more than he should've. The only reason I accepted the price was because my friend with me was also getting one and didn't want me to back out. Pricey, slow, and not very nice.
Loved this place, Michelle killed it and her music made me so happy. She was sweet and so lovely, thanks baby girl the nose is healed and I am ready for more!
Fantastic experience. I visited a few other tattoo shops in DC but by far Fatty's was the most helpful - some of the other shops really seemed like they didn't care at all. D at the front desk was super sweet and helped me pick out a font base and Trey had no problem helping me design a custom and placing it exactly where I wanted. This was my first tattoo and it was on the ribs which is traditionally one of the more painful spots. This shop is great and Ray is the best! He makes you feel very comfortable throughout the process. My half sleeve has so much detail and character, that I'm in love with my tattoo. I think I have found the perfect tattoo artist for me.
I had a pretty great experience here yesterday. I went in with a design in mind and Ray helped me to bring it to life. He was friendly and insightful and even suggested a better location for my tattoo than the original location I had in mind. He was professional and maintained good conversation throughout the session and made me feel comfortable. His skills are WELL worth the price you pay and I sure can't wait for my tattoo to heal so I can see the final look! I will definitely be coming back here for my next tattoo granted... read more
