They have the worst app! I ordered the three toppings on two pizzas special. They gave me two toppings on one pizza and the other a plain cheese pizza (the other topping according to their app). They said it was my fault because I used the app. They wouldn’t refund me even 50% because the buyer is always wrong when they use the app. And “Breezy” at their Paso Robles store said the owners who could give me a refund won’t return my phone call until at least sometime next week, if ever. Worst customer service I’ve seen.....my mother ordered her garlic bread with no cheese and they wrote on the receipt NO EFFFing cheese. They were so great to give it to us when we picked up. When we called the manager was so sarcastic and she was the one that took the order!!!!!
I'm saddened to hear that a driver of theirs ran over a customer's dog, in its own driveway. Didn't take any responsibility for her actions and neither did Sam. The dog is fighting for it's life under the care of a Paso vet. This is not a business I will ever spend one dime in. I leave it up to you to decide what you feel is right.
If you want good pizza, go to Dominos. If you want your animals run over and the company owners to ignore the situation, go to Fatte's.
