Our favorite place to get meats, best pate for sure and we had the muffuletta for the first time today… Wow! I will get that sandwich every time we come back.
Visiting Napa and stopped by the Fatted Calf out of curiosity with no intention of buying. Purchased the pecorino sausage coil. Steamed and browned in a skillet with potatoes. It was the most amazing and versatile coil we've eaten. Breakfast with eggs or pasta at dinner. It's absolutely amazing. Highly recommend you give it a try.
