Very delicious sandwich)
This place made me think of the sandwiches I had in France. I chose the Jambon-Beurre de Truffe sandwich. The truffle was not overpowering and complimented the sandwich perfectly. I love how simple the sandwich was, just bread, meat and butter. It wasn’t lacking anything. Perfect sandwich in my opinion. And the staff was really nice and friendly. Would return again!

Great butcher! They are really involved with the community, doing collaborations with wineries and selling merchandise of other producers in their markets. I have enjoyed all their salumi except the N'duja, was not bad but just not meeting the standard of the real deal. That will be my only criticism, love everything else
Shout out to Amy for sending us here! We came in a little early, no line, perfect. And wow, meat selection was phenomenal. We were fortunate enough to sample three meats, but ended with the calabrian, duck rillette, and a sandwich. Can’t go wrong. Delicious. Quickly serviced but super friendly
