Good for deli meats maybe but not worth for actual meat purchases…. 50% more expensive than the fancy butcher I normally use (non gmo, pasture raised, etc) and almost 90% more expensive than Costco…. And you also get 100% worse, u friendly / snobby service. Could be that this is the “tourist location” so even if you are a local (I am working across the street and would have actually used this as my go to butcher) you get the “I hate tourists” treatment (“why do you work there then??”) but this actually is the same experience... read more
Everything looks good and i will be back because this roast beef is one of the best deli meats ive ever had im mind blown and the texture of the fat and the meat. The flavour... i wont stop thinking about it surely the best roast beef of my life
It looked like the kind of place I will get a crunchy baguette sandwich with fresh butter like you get in Europe. I was wrong and really disappointed. It was made at least a day ago, cold, soft bread, … what a waste … let down and wasted $$
I needed something to eat on the ferry so I got the Cobb Salad. Having had many Cobbs in the past, everyone does their own twist but they’re hearty. I asked what they put on their’s and they said mixed greens, cucumbers, radish and they would throw on roast meat. Not a Cobb but I ordered it anyway. I got arugula, roast meat with salad dressing. May be the worst excuse for a salad I’ve ever had. People are nice, meat is great, my salad was not
Wonderful service and thoughtful to help with meat selection- the brisket was awesome - slow cooker for 8 hours and it melted in your mouth!
