When i first started going here,the service was good.Over the years,the service has declined.Customer service is good however professionalism sucks.Went to a new braider she started off good.The second time I went to see her,she started my hair 15 mins after my appt.The third time i went,she started my hair 1 hour after my appt.No apologies nor discount or anything.Now let a customer be 15 mins late for their appt,they will not be seen.This time around,I went to a different braider who wanted to charge extra for simple.I can... read more
A wonderful experience! I’ve been coming here for my braids several times now, and the results are always impeccable. The stylists are kind and very professional. I highly recommend it—come see Fatou; you won’t be disappointed.
I still have not received my refund and I asked three times. I was also calling about my mothers appt all weekend and today and has yet been able to speak with anyone.
ZERO stars! They always want to charge u extra for the littlest thing. Want color? Extra charge. Want to add hair? Extra charge. Like doesnt the style already require added hair? What they need to do is add bleach to some water and clean up the place. Thats what they need to add.
