Who knows how, but I completely bent my engagement ring. Plus, it was filthy. I hadn’t had it cleaned in over a year. I brought it to Fatima, and she worked magic! She shaped the ring back into a circle, filled a crack that had made the ring weak, and cleaned and polished it. All the while, she texted me updates and photos, making sure I was involved and informed throughout the process. The result is simply incredible.
