Truth is... I was scared when I arrived at BSA. Didn't understand what was going on, just knew my heart wasn't right. Haven't had a lot of experience with hospitals. Fatima and the rest of the nursing staff came in and took total control. They were so cool, calm and collected while at the same time being professional. I just knew I was in good hands. Thank you to the entire staff at BSA. Your compassion, professionalism and competence made what was a scary time into a positive experience.
